Slow down, unwind and gear up for the week ahead. This class is dedicated to you! Guided meditation, joint-freeing movements, slow gentle yoga with time to explore and experience each posture, and breathwork practices. We will move through seated (floor), standing, and supine/prone (back/belly) postures. If you are wanting a more mindful and intentional yoga practice, this class is the perfect fit for you. Blocks and straps are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat.

*class is held in the lower level of the Insight Meditation building (there are stairs, but no elevator).
