Whether you are a beginner wanting help establishing foundational postures and alignment, or you are looking for a more therapeutic session to help ease chronic pain, relieve stress, and help regulating your nervous system, I will tailor each session to meet your specific needs. Gentle Yoga & Breathwork

Sunday Reset 6pm-7:15pm

Slow down, unwind and gear up for the week ahead. This class is dedicated to you! Guided meditation, joint-freeing movements, slow gentle yoga with time to explore and experience each posture, and breathwork practices. We will move through seated (floor), standing, and supine/prone (back/belly) postures. If you are wanting a more mindful and intentional yoga practice, this class is the perfect fit for you. Blocks and straps are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat.

$12 Drop-in Fee

*class is held in the lower level of the Insight Meditation building (there are stairs, but no elevator).

Breathe in the beauty of nature and move with intention at this 60-minute all-levels yoga class set in the serene surroundings of Foster Park. Surrounded by lush landscaping, colorful blooms, and gentle breezes, you’ll flow through a sequence of mindful movement, including sun salutations, seated and standing postures, and rejuvenating breathwork.

This Sunday mid-morning class is designed to nurture your body and calm your mind, making it perfect for both seasoned yogis and beginners alike. Feel the earth beneath you, the sun on your skin, and the soothing rhythm of your breath as you practice in this peaceful outdoor oasis.
