This gentle yoga class begins our exploration of the Niyamas with a soft introduction to Saucha, the principle of cleanliness and purification. We stay mostly low to the ground, focusing on mindful, somatic movements to release tension in the shoulders and upper body. The flow includes supine stretches and a slow, grounded variation of a low lunge sun salutation. We close with a calming breath practice to support internal balance and clarity as we ease into a new month of intention.
