In this 30-minute gentle yoga practice, we focus on intuitive movement and softening the edges of our routine. Rooted in the Yama Aparigraha (non-attachment), the class invites you to let go of rigidity, and explore movement from a place of curiosity and ease. We gently open the hamstrings through mindful stretching, move with intention and breath, and close with alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) to balance your energy and calm the nervous system.
