In this morning’s practice, we center ourselves in gratitude as we continue exploring Aparigraha—the art of non-attachment. Gentle heart openers and joint-freeing movements invite ease and openness into the body. We move through a slow, grounding Sun Salutation and close with Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breath) to balance and calm the mind. Each breath becomes a reminder that letting go makes space for clarity, peace, and presence.
